Refund Policy – Glambrush™
Thank you for choosing Glambrush™. We take great pride in the quality of our premium hair tools. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original premium packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Hygiene & Safety Notice
Due to the nature of personal care products and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of Glambrush™ units that show signs of use (hair residue, skin oils, or damaged heating bristles), unless the product is defective upon arrival.
3. Return Process

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, Glambrush™ will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
